Dealers will replace or repair any defective part or any part damaged during shipping without charge. Our Guarantee covers defects and shipping damage in materials and workmanship, under normal home use, for all custom storage systems and all products that we sell for as long as you own your home.
All of our products are guaranteed assuming the product has been properly installed by a Philly Closets' Dealer or in accordance with the installation instructions. Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents (or other "acts of God") or improper installation will void this guarantee.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. BUYER'S SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PARTS. In the event that your order incurs damage during shipping, report the damaged items within 5 business days of receipt of your shipment. We will replace any damaged items immediately.
Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges or credits will be offered once your order has been processed. Philly Closets will not for any reason whatsoever refund any monies paid once order has been processed. Furthermore, customers are fully responsible for the entire balance due, even if they cancel the order after processing. Any order returned to us because delivery is refused will result in a 30% shipping and restocking fee. The restocking fee is 30% of the full retail value of your order and not of any discounted price. No refunds will be given whatsoever. Customer is fully responsible for the entire amount due once the order has been processed.
